Key Responsibilities
- Own reliability, scalability, and operational SLAs of AI infrastructure including MCP servers
- Define and maintain standardized AI development environments, integration frameworks, and architecture patterns
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI infrastructure initiatives from design through production
- Own architecture, governance, and optimization of CRM and ERP systems for AI readiness
- Build APIs, data access frameworks, and automation pathways for enterprise system extensibility
- Own data warehouse strategy and governance to support analytics and AI enablement
- Design AI tool evaluation frameworks covering scalability, security, and business impact
- Establish governance guardrails for AI tools, enterprise systems, and integrations
- Partner with security and IT leadership to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems, AI infrastructure, or related technical leadership
- Hands-on technical capability with AI platforms, MCP servers, and integration frameworks
- Experience owning CRM/ERP architecture and governance at enterprise scale
- Demonstrated ability to build and enforce governance and compliance frameworks for AI
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture
