Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of ML data pipelines and engineering platforms supporting AI initiatives
- Partner with data science, product, and technology teams to align data infrastructure with ML model requirements
- Define and enforce data engineering standards, governance, and best practices for AI/ML workloads
- Drive adoption of modern data stack tooling (e.g., feature stores, data lakes, orchestration frameworks)
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of data engineers specialising in ML workflows
Requirements
