Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, design, and delivery of document intelligence ML systems across the enterprise
- Architect scalable model ecosystems for document classification, ranking, signal generation, and fine-tuning
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations leadership to align technical roadmaps with business goals
- Establish ML best practices including data organization, model management, and observability
- Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing ML engineering team of 15+ engineers
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all model systems
- Advise Head of AI and Chief AI Officer on state-of-the-art document intelligence technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years hands-on AI/ML experience in production environments
- 4+ years hands-on expertise in document intelligence (classification, ranking, fine-tuning, signal generation)
- 8+ years software engineering management experience
- Proven leadership scaling engineering teams of 15 or more
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI/ML
