Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI and automation initiatives (churn prediction, escalation routing, AI-assisted support) within Customer Success
- Define and own the technical roadmap for CS tooling, CRM/CS platform integrations (Salesforce, Gainsight), and internal data systems
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technical specialists
- Conduct code and design reviews; establish and enforce engineering standards
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and IT to align on AI strategy and avoid redundancy
- Own technical program management including planning, resourcing, dependency tracking, and executive reporting
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 10–15 years of progressive software development experience with production-grade systems
- Active, demonstrable hands-on coding proficiency — must write, review, and debug code independently
- Experience with CRM/CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight) and enterprise integrations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and build engineering teams
