Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the ML strategy across JetBrains' suite of developer tools and IDEs
- Lead and grow a machine learning team, setting technical direction and research priorities
- Drive integration of ML/AI capabilities into products such as IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, and AI Assistant
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to ship AI-powered features at scale
- Stay ahead of competitive AI developments in the developer tools space (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
