Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the AI science strategy, research agenda, and model development roadmap across the bank
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data scientists and AI/ML practitioners
- Partner with business units (retail, business banking, risk, operations) to translate AI capability into commercial outcomes
- Govern model risk, responsible AI frameworks, and regulatory compliance for deployed models
