Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate agent memory layer (personal and organizational) including retention, retrieval, and governance policies
- Define and steward the personas-as-code system governing agent voice, remit, versioning, and deployment
- Curate and govern the enterprise skills catalog of atomic tools and higher-order compositions with quality standards
- Build and deploy flagship AI agents for high-value enterprise use cases using Snowflake Cortex AI and Databricks AI
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide agent orchestration standards, prompt libraries, tool-use patterns, and response quality
- Set conversational UX standards (tone, citation, error handling, escalation) and drive consistency across all agents
Requirements
- 10+ years of AI or software engineering leadership experience
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI agents or LLM-based systems
- Deep familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering at scale
- Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI and/or Databricks AI platforms
- Ability to define and govern enterprise-wide technical standards across builder teams
