- Architect and deliver end-to-end AI and automation initiatives (churn prediction, escalation routing, AI-assisted support) within Customer Success
- Define and own the technical roadmap for CS tooling, CRM/platform integrations (Salesforce, Gainsight), and internal data systems
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of engineers; establish engineering standards via code and design reviews
