Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy for Allianz Benelux
- Lead data governance, quality, and architecture across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg
- Drive AI product development and deployment across insurance lines (underwriting, claims, customer)
- Build and lead cross-functional data and AI teams
- Align Benelux AI initiatives with Allianz Group global standards and platforms
- Engage senior stakeholders and Board on data-driven transformation roadmap
Requirements
- Proven C-level or senior VP leadership in data, analytics, or AI within financial services or insurance
- Track record of building and scaling data/AI functions in a complex enterprise
- Strong executive stakeholder management and board-level communication skills
- Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch a strong asset given Benelux market
