Key Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise data and AI product vision, roadmap, and operating model aligned to company strategy
- Lead design and operation of scalable cloud-native data platforms (lakehouse, streaming, BI, ingestion, transformation)
- Embed analytics, ML, and GenAI capabilities into core products and internal platforms in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Establish MLOps and DataOps practices to move AI from experimentation to production-grade, repeatable value
- Implement enterprise data governance covering quality, privacy, security, and responsible AI
- Build and lead high-performing teams across data engineering, analytics, and data science
Requirements
- Proven track record leading enterprise data engineering and AI/ML platforms at scale
- Hands-on technical depth in cloud-native data architectures (lakehouse, warehousing, streaming)
- Experience driving MLOps and operationalizing AI/ML in production environments
- Executive-level cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
- Experience with data governance, responsible AI frameworks, and enterprise security/privacy
