Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the Finance Effectiveness AI offering — guiding CFOs through AI Strategy Assessments, roadmaps, and operating model design
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy across FP&A, R2R, O2C, P2P, and controllership domains
- Build proprietary finance-specific AI tools, frameworks, and accelerators for client deployment
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled finance engagements from assessment through deployment
- Build internal delivery backbone: methodology, reusable assets, talent acquisition, and cross-practice partnerships
- Collaborate across CFGI service lines (ERP, accounting advisory, transaction services) to embed AI capabilities
- Drive market presence through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and client relationship expansion
Requirements
- 12+ years in finance transformation, data & analytics, or AI/automation consulting
- Prior Big 4 or professional services/consulting experience
- Demonstrated go-to-market track record in a consulting or advisory context
- Proven ability to lead AI strategy engagements with C-suite finance stakeholders
- Experience prioritizing AI use cases by business value and assessing data/technology readiness
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
