- Lead and grow the AI capability within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice across Europe
- Drive business development and client engagement for AI-led transformation deals
- Define and execute AI strategy, offerings, and go-to-market positioning for European markets
- Build and manage senior AI talent and delivery teams across European geographies
- Represent Capgemini as an AI thought leader externally with enterprise clients and at industry events
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, data, and analytics — both technical and strategic
- Proven track record leading AI practices or large-scale AI transformation programs in a consulting or services context
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-suite clients and win large deals
- Experience operating across multiple European markets
