Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead Nscale's AI research agenda, from foundational model work to applied AI on its infrastructure stack
- Build and manage a high-calibre AI research team
- Drive publications, partnerships, and thought leadership to position Nscale as a serious AI research organization
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate research into platform differentiation
- Represent the company externally with academia, enterprise customers, and the broader research community
Requirements
- Proven track record leading AI research teams at scale (industry or academic)
- Deep expertise in machine learning, large-scale model training, or related AI research domains
- Experience publishing or directing impactful AI research
