Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead Searce's AI strategy, roadmap, and practice across service lines
- Oversee delivery of AI/ML solutions to enterprise clients, likely on GCP and related stacks
- Build and manage an AI engineering and data science team
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to position AI offerings and win new business
- Establish AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI frameworks internally and for clients
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise in machine learning, GenAI, and large-scale AI system design
- Proven leadership of AI or data science teams in a consulting, product, or enterprise environment
