Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow India-based team of Data & AI support specialists covering EMEA and APJ business hours
- Drive customer production workload reliability — performance optimization, resiliency, stabilization on new features
- Engage strategically with top enterprise customers on Data & AI strategy alongside field engineering and sales
- Partner with product engineering to improve platform supportability based on frontline signals
- Coordinate with global regional teams to ensure seamless 24x7 support coverage
Requirements
- 6+ years as a manager of managers (people leadership)
- 18+ years in IT with strong software engineering background specializing in Data Engineering
- Experience leading large teams of 100+ in engineering, technical support, or consulting
- Hands-on production-scale experience in Big Data (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and/or ML/Cloud platforms
