Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise-wide AI strategy across surgical robotics, digital health, and business operations
- Translate AI capabilities into clinical, product, and operational value
- Build and lead cross-functional AI governance, standards, and centers of excellence
- Partner with R&D, product, regulatory, and commercial teams to embed AI at scale
- Communicate AI roadmap and progress to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience deploying AI at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies including LLMs, computer vision, and predictive analytics
- Ability to bridge technical AI execution with business strategy in a regulated industry
- Track record of cross-functional influence without direct authority in large organizations
