Key Responsibilities
- Audit every department to identify and rank automation opportunities by ROI and time-to-ship
- Personally architect and deploy AI agents, copilots, classifiers, voice/email agents, document parsers, and decisioning engines
- Ship first 3–5 high-leverage automations within 90 days
- Eliminate or compress highest-cost manual workflows across risk, support, finance, and ops within 6 months
- Build proprietary AI infrastructure that compounds outbound, retention, monetization, and product velocity
- Scale the AI function into a department by hiring and leading a team as wins compound
Requirements
- Hands-on ability to write production code and integrate APIs
- Proven experience deploying AI systems in production (agents, automations, ML pipelines)
- Ability to own full lifecycle: scope, build, ship, measure, maintain
- Strategic thinking at C-suite level combined with individual contributor execution capability
- Willingness to relocate to Miami, FL and work in-person
