Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI and digital strategy across Sompo's APAC footprint
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases across insurance operations, underwriting, claims, and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives in partnership with business units
- Build and scale an AI/digital team and capability across the region
- Engage with local regulators, partners, and vendors on AI adoption and governance
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in AI, data, or digital transformation
- Deep understanding of the APAC market landscape
- Track record of delivering AI or digital programs at enterprise scale
- Ability to operate in a matrixed multinational organization
