Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AI enablement strategy across the entire brand portfolio — from opportunity identification through deployment, measurement, and iteration
- Spend significant field time with brand operators to surface real operational pain points and translate them into practical AI solutions
- Design AI governance framework including acceptable-use policies, architecture standards, and adoption guardrails
- Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, capability gap assessments, and field-level technology adoption programs
- Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI tools — delivering two to three visible pilots in year one before scaling through a team
- Drive AI integration during M&A activity as the company scales through acquisitions
Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping AI/ML products or enablement programs in complex, multi-unit or distributed operating environments
- Ability to earn trust and drive adoption through demonstrated value rather than top-down mandates
- Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt) and LLM-based tools (e.g. Claude or equivalent)
- Player-coach mentality — capable of doing the work independently before building a team
- Experience building AI governance frameworks and acceptable-use policies
