Signals
- ⚠ No salary range posted for a senior leadership role at a top-tier institution

- ✓ Named internal platform (chatEHR) signals serious internal investment, not a vaporware initiative
- ✓ Explicit transition from pilot to tier-1 production — clear mandate with organizational backing
- ✓ Backed by Stanford School of Medicine research pipeline — elite AI talent ecosystem nearby

Company History
This is a reposting of the same role (Director Engineering - AI/ML) within the same posting cycle (both dated around 2026-05-30), suggesting either an applicant pipeline issue, difficulty closing a finalist, or aggressive parallel sourcing — not necessarily a failed prior hire, but worth clarifying in screening.
