- Strong executive presence for client engagement, new business development, and external thought leadership
- Familiarity with life sciences platforms such as Veeva CRM and/or IQVIA OCE
Signals
- ⚠ No salary or compensation range posted — unusual for a senior VP role and may indicate compensation opacity
- ⚠ This is the same posting reappearing from May 2026, suggesting the role has not been filled after at least one cycle
- ⚠ Role scope is very broad — product, engineering, data science, client engagement, and thought leadership may be difficult to staff in one person
- ✓ Named proprietary AI platform (Cobalt) already exists — role has real infrastructure to lead, not greenfield only
- ✓ Clear three-pillar capability structure signals organizational AI investment and maturity
- ✓ Explicit integration with enterprise life sciences systems (Veeva, IQVIA) indicates real client deployments
- ✓ Role has both inbound client delivery and outbound business development scope — strong commercial mandate
- ✓ Healthcare and life sciences marketing is a high-growth vertical for AI application
Company History
This posting reappears as of the current date having been listed previously in May 2026 — the role has gone unfilled for an extended period, which may signal difficulty finding a candidate who combines deep AI/ML technical credibility with healthcare marketing domain knowledge and executive client-facing presence, or that compensation expectations are misaligned with the market.
