- Define and own Aiven's AI strategy across product, engineering, and internal operations
- Lead development and deployment of AI/ML capabilities within Aiven's managed data services platform
- Build and scale an AI team or center of excellence
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to embed AI into the core platform offering
- Represent AI vision externally to customers, partners, and investors
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in AI/ML at a technology or data infrastructure company
- Deep technical fluency in machine learning, LLMs, or applied AI systems
- Track record of translating AI strategy into shipped product or measurable business outcomes
