Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching AI/Data Science strategy across Binance's product and risk surfaces
- Lead and grow a data science team covering trading intelligence, fraud detection, user behavior, and product analytics
- Partner with engineering, product, compliance, and risk teams to embed AI-driven decision-making into core operations
- Drive model development, MLOps maturity, and responsible AI practices at exchange scale
- Represent AI capabilities to senior leadership and potentially external regulators/partners
Requirements
- Proven leadership of data science or AI teams in a high-scale, data-intensive environment
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and production AI systems
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto with understanding of risk, fraud, and trading domains
