Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise digital and data strategy aligned to RayzeBio business objectives
- Own AI/ML capabilities and core technology platforms end-to-end from research through commercialization
- Drive operational efficiency and smarter decision-making through data, automation, and AI
- Partner with BMS corporate functions (IT, BI&A, data platforms) while tailoring solutions for RayzeBio's pace and culture
- Lead digital transformation across the organization and push leaders beyond conventional thinking on AI potential
Requirements
- Proven executive leadership in data, analytics, AI/ML, and technology strategy
- Experience operating within or navigating large parent company structures while maintaining startup/biotech agility
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to build capabilities from early stages
