Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI enablement strategy across the VCCP group, identifying and deploying AI tools into creative and operational workflows
- Drive business systems transformation initiatives, modernizing platforms and processes group-wide
- Act as internal AI champion — building capability, governance frameworks, and adoption culture across agencies
- Partner with technology, finance, operations, and creative leadership to align AI investment with business outcomes
- Evaluate, procure, and implement AI and enterprise tech vendors in support of transformation goals
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI adoption or digital transformation at an agency, media, or creative organization
