Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agentic AI transformation of service applications including call center and implementation tooling
- Design and deploy autonomous agents and LLM-based tools for real-time call center support, policy drafting, and data analysis
- Oversee Salesforce platform architecture, governance, and AI-specific platform scalability
- Define and enforce modern SDLC practices including CI/CD, AI model testing, and agentic workflow automation
- Partner with analytics teams to forecast service trends and simulate architectural impact
- Manage and upskill 4 global teams (~60 resources) in AI/digital literacy
- Prepare executive and board-level narratives on AI-driven service strategy
- Integrate AI 'nudge' technology and autonomous agents to optimize service rep interactions
Requirements
- Proven leadership of large engineering teams (50+ globally)
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Agentic AI systems and LLM-based applications
- Deep expertise in modern SDLC, CI/CD, and AI model lifecycle management
- Experience with Salesforce platform architecture and governance
- Background in regulated industries (federal banking/security compliance preferred)
- Ability to translate service/operational business needs into technical AI architectures
- Executive stakeholder management and board-level communication skills
