Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI strategy across RENOMIA Group's brokerage and risk management operations
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases (underwriting support, claims, client analytics, process automation)
- Build and lead an internal AI team and governance framework
- Partner with IT, operations, and business units to deploy AI solutions at scale
- Represent AI capability to senior leadership and potentially external stakeholders and clients
