Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end global delivery of CINDE platform across pricing, promotions, assortment, and customer analytics
- Build and lead a global AI Value Delivery organization including Delivery Directors, Value Architects, AI Leads, and Embedded Analysts
- Define and standardize delivery playbooks for Grocery, C-Store, and Wholesale Co-op verticals
- Drive client adoption by embedding CINDE into merchant/category workflows and establishing governance protocols
- Lead executive relationships and own QBRs, value validation sessions, and strategic reviews with C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with Sales to structure outcome-based contracts tied to validated profit milestones and support ARR expansion
- Translate client insights into product roadmap priorities in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science
Requirements
- Deep experience in retail or CPG merchandising operations (pricing, promotions, assortment)
- Proven track record leading enterprise AI or SaaS delivery/implementation at scale
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and building delivery organizations
- Executive-level client relationship management and QBR ownership
- Ability to translate AI outputs into measurable financial business outcomes
- Commercial acumen including outcome-based contract structuring and ARR growth
