adesso SE is building out a regional AI P&L leadership role for the South Germany market, seeking an operator-executive to own AI revenue, client relationships, team scaling, and delivery across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Own operational, strategic, and commercial accountability for all AI activities in the South region
- Drive project business growth with key accounts and lead delivery and transformation engagements
- Co-develop client strategies with Sales and Business Development; represent adesso at executive (C-level) client level
- Lead and develop a large AI organizational unit, including cultivating next-level leaders and scaling delivery capability
- Own strategic AI talent acquisition and team buildout for the region
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary AI or technology teams
- Track record in IT consulting or professional services with P&L/commercial accountability
- Strong executive client network and ability to win and manage key accounts
- Experience delivering AI/data transformation programs at scale
