Key Responsibilities
- Act as senior strategic Data & AI advisor to assigned business units, partnering with C-suite and senior SMEs
- Develop AI/data strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans aligned to business outcomes
- Lead business case development including value hypotheses, cost estimates, risks, and KPIs
- Bridge business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and executable
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business partners/analysts across organizational areas
- Identify cross-business AI opportunities, promote product reuse, and align governance, intake, and delivery processes
Requirements
- Deep expertise in data, analytics, and AI — both strategic and applied
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable data and AI solutions
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of data/AI professionals or business partners
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across executive and technical audiences
- Experience developing business cases and AI investment roadmaps
