Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive AI strategy across Nomura's international business units
- Translate AI vision into operational programs, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with business lines (e.g. equities, fixed income, investment management) to identify and scale AI use cases
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives in coordination with technology, risk, compliance, and senior leadership
- Establish AI operating model including tooling, talent, and vendor strategy
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading AI strategy at enterprise scale in financial services
- Proven ability to operationalize AI — moving from concept to production deployment
- Executive stakeholder management and cross-regional leadership experience
