Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy for Nordea's Asset & Wealth Management division
- Lead development and deployment of AI/ML solutions across investment, advisory, and client-facing AWM products
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and govern the AI roadmap
- Build and scale an AI capability within AWM including team, tooling, and governance frameworks
