Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI engineers, data scientists, and ML professionals to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions
- Define and execute AI engineering roadmaps in partnership with senior leadership
- Oversee full AI/ML lifecycle from design and prototyping through deployment and monitoring
- Guide architecture decisions for AI platforms, data pipelines, and model serving infrastructure
- Establish MLOps best practices including model lifecycle management, code quality, and version control
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners

Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor's minimum; PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in software/AI engineering
- 4+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional AI/ML technical teams
