Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage AI engineers, data scientists, and ML professionals ensuring delivery of scalable, production-grade AI solutions
- Define and execute AI engineering roadmaps aligned with organizational clinical and operational goals
- Own full lifecycle of AI/ML systems from design and prototyping through deployment and monitoring
- Guide architecture decisions for AI platforms, data pipelines, and model serving infrastructure

Requirements
