Key Responsibilities
- Define and scale the enterprise AI Operations practice, including operating model, standards, and governance
- Establish production readiness and operability standards for all AI/LLM and agentic systems
- Own production reliability — SLAs/SLOs, incident management, support models
- Implement observability and monitoring across AI systems (latency, drift, behavior, failures, cost)
- Build controls for agent behavior, model usage, and operational risk
- Drive cost optimization and performance improvement across AI workloads
- Lead operational reviews and executive reporting on system health, risks, and trends
Requirements
- Proven experience operating LLM and/or agentic AI systems in production at enterprise scale
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML observability, monitoring, and incident management practices
- Experience establishing SLAs/SLOs and reliability engineering for AI systems
- Ability to build governance and risk control frameworks for AI workloads
- Senior leadership background with cross-functional stakeholder management
