Key Responsibilities
- Build and own agentic workflows that power Redesign's highest-judgment decisions: founder selection, concept development, hiring, investor relations, and healthcare partnerships
- Transform complex, unstructured business processes into scalable, self-learning AI systems
- Contribute to and extend the firm's core agentic operating system
- Provide architect-level technical guidance to portfolio company founders
- Help every team at Redesign become more technically self-sufficient through AI tooling and enablement
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production
- Product mindset — ability to translate messy, high-judgment workflows into scalable software
- Strong engineering background with LLM/applied AI expertise
- Self-starter with founder-level ownership and initiative
- Ability to operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution
