Key Responsibilities
- Own vision, roadmap, and commercial positioning of Cobalt's proprietary AI product portfolio
- Define and execute AI product strategy from prototyping through scaled client deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and applied AI
- Partner with Development & Infrastructure on platform architecture, tech stack, and life sciences system integrations (Veeva, IQVIA OCE)
- Drive client engagement, new business pitches, and external thought leadership representing Cobalt's AI capabilities
- Govern responsible, compliant AI use including data privacy, regulatory requirements, and MLR alignment
- Align inbound client work with productized Cobalt offerings to ensure profitability and consistent delivery
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in AI product development and commercialization
- Deep understanding of healthcare/life sciences marketing environment including regulatory and MLR constraints
- Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into client-facing business outcomes and product narratives
- Experience with life sciences platforms such as Veeva CRM and/or IQVIA OCE
- Track record managing cross-functional teams spanning engineering, data science, and product
