Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Moonpig's machine learning and AI strategy across personalisation, recommendations, and occasion intelligence
- Lead and grow a team of ML engineers and data scientists
- Partner with product and engineering to embed AI capabilities into the customer experience
- Drive adoption of LLMs and generative AI for card creation, gifting suggestions, and CRM
- Establish ML infrastructure, tooling, and MLOps best practices at scale
Requirements
- Proven track record leading ML/AI teams in a commercial product environment
- Deep expertise in recommendation systems, personalisation, or NLP/LLMs
- Ability to translate business objectives into ML roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Experience shipping ML models to production at scale
