Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions for complex federal challenges
- Oversee full AI project lifecycle from ideation and prototyping through production and optimization
- Present AI strategy and technical findings to executive leadership and government stakeholders
- Guide and mentor AI engineering and data science teams on model development, validation, and deployment best practices
- Ensure responsible AI practices including interpretability, fairness, and data privacy compliance
- Establish industry partnerships and evaluate state-of-the-art AI frameworks, tools, and platforms
- Support and grow a SETA portfolio aligned with USCC and Title 10 authorities
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- 15+ years experience in Cybersecurity
- 10+ years experience leading technical teams
- Prior experience with US Cyber Command (USCC) and military environments
- Expert knowledge of SAFe Agile framework and large PI planning events
- Expert knowledge of Title 10 authorities
- Prior SIGINT experience
- IAT Level 2 or 3 certification
- Bachelor's degree
