Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global AI Deployment Management strategy aligned with OpenAI's enterprise growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and scale second-line managers across Builder ADM (Codex), Core ADM (platform adoption), and Pilot ADM (early-stage deployments)
- Drive operational excellence and governance models ensuring customer adoption, operationalization, and expansion of OpenAI technologies
- Build scalable systems, frameworks, and processes to support rapid global enterprise growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Technical Success, Post-Training, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver unified customer experience
- Oversee technical and operational execution of deployments across the full customer lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven track record leading large-scale, global customer success or deployment management organizations
- Experience managing second-line managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise AI adoption, implementation, and operationalization at scale
- Ability to define and execute organizational strategy in a fast-growing, complex environment
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
