Key responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise Data and AI platform strategy and architecture across Koch's portfolio of companies
- Lead design and governance of scalable data infrastructure and AI/ML platforms
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align data and AI capabilities with enterprise priorities
- Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices for data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML systems
- Drive build-vs-buy decisions and vendor/technology selection for data and AI tooling
Requirements
- Deep expertise in enterprise data platform architecture (data lakes, lakehouses, cloud-native data infrastructure)
- Proven leadership in designing and scaling AI/ML platforms in large, complex organizations
- Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-business-unit environment
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
