Signals

⚠ vague/undefined scope — role spans highly heterogeneous portfolio (Spezialglas to AI start-ups) with no clear resourcing or team structure stated
⚠ multi-site mandate across München, Mainz, and Essen implies heavy travel burden
✓ direct collaboration with owner-operators / Geschäftsführende Gesellschafter
✓ explicit P&L/results accountability signals genuine C-suite authority
