Key responsibilities
- Define and own the company's end-to-end AI strategy within the legal services domain
- Build and lead the AI team from the ground up, including hiring, culture, and roadmap
- Translate legal workflows into AI-powered product features and internal automation
- Partner with co-founders on product direction, fundraising narrative, and technical architecture
- Establish AI governance, data infrastructure, and model deployment practices
Requirements
- Proven experience leading or founding AI initiatives, ideally in a 0-to-1 environment
- Deep technical background in machine learning, NLP, or LLM-based systems
- Ability to operate as a hands-on builder as well as a strategic leader
