Key responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise data strategy across AXA Luxembourg and AXA Wealth Europe
- Establish data governance frameworks, standards, and accountability structures
- Drive data-driven decision-making and AI/analytics enablement across business units
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CSSF, and other Luxembourg/EU regulatory data requirements
- Align local data initiatives with AXA Group-wide data transformation programs
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in data management or data strategy at a financial services firm
- Deep understanding of European data regulations (GDPR, DORA, Solvency II data implications)
- Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional influence capability
- Experience operating within large multinational/matrix organizations
