Key responsibilities
- Define and execute overall technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Architect and lead development of AI-native intelligence platforms including knowledge graphs, multi-step reasoning, workflow automation, and decision-support systems
- Own engineering operations: CI/CD, platform scalability, observability, security (SOC2, OWASP), and release governance
- Partner with Product and Design to translate complex AI capabilities into enterprise-grade user experiences
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and executive team to align tech roadmap with business needs
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AI-native architectures including reasoning systems, knowledge architectures, and intelligent workflow automation
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on capability alongside engineering teams
- Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations
- Cloud-native platform and enterprise API development experience
