Key responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture of a regulated digital medical device
- Build and lead AI/ML systems combining mobile usage data with therapeutic intelligence
- Establish data strategy, governance, and infrastructure compliant with medical device regulations (CE marking, MDR)
- Recruit and build the engineering and data science team from scratch
- Collaborate with clinical psychologist and scientific committee to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications
Requirements
- Strong AI/ML engineering background, ideally applied to health or behavioral data
- Experience building mobile-first digital products at a senior technical level
- Ability to operate in a regulated environment (medical device software, GDPR, data privacy)
- Entrepreneurial mindset capable of working in a 3-person founding team
