Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute company-wide AI strategy across Tempo's product portfolio
- Partner with product and engineering to embed AI/ML capabilities into core tools
- Build and lead AI/ML team including hiring, structure, and roadmap ownership
- Align AI initiatives with business outcomes and communicate progress to executive leadership
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI technologies (LLMs, ML platforms) into the stack
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience building or scaling AI/ML products in a SaaS environment
- Deep technical fluency in modern AI/ML including LLMs and applied machine learning
- Track record of translating AI capabilities into measurable product and business value
