Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI strategy for enterprise functions (finance, HR, legal, risk, operations)
- Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritise, and deliver AI use cases at scale
- Govern AI deployment within enterprise functions ensuring risk, compliance, and ethical standards
- Drive cultural and capability uplift in AI adoption across non-technology business units
- Report on AI value realisation and progress to senior leadership / board
Requirements
- Senior experience leading AI or advanced analytics programs in large, complex organisations
- Deep understanding of enterprise functions (finance, HR, risk, legal, or ops) in a regulated environment
- Proven ability to influence and deliver through cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, GenAI, and their practical enterprise application
