Key responsibilities
- Lead LLM and multimodal AI research, development, and productization for Home Team agencies
- Define technical strategy and roadmap for AI products within the Q Team division
- Drive collaboration across Singapore's Home Team (SPF, ICA, SCDF, etc.) to identify and deliver AI use cases
- Manage and grow a team of AI engineers, researchers, and product specialists
- Ensure responsible AI governance, security, and compliance for public-sector deployments
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in large language models and/or multimodal AI systems
- Proven track record leading AI product teams from research to deployment
- Experience in senior individual contributor or people leadership roles in AI/ML
