Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the enterprise AI/data science roadmap in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders
- Lead design, prototyping, deployment, and scaling of ML, GenAI (LLMs, SLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, VLMs), NLP, computer vision, and intelligent automation
- Establish and operate AI/ML governance: use case intake, risk assessment, model validation, deployment approval, monitoring, and retirement
- Implement responsible AI practices including fairness, bias assessment, explainability, human-in-the-loop review, and audit logging
- Evaluate and govern third-party AI vendors for security, privacy, compliance, and cost effectiveness
- Translate business requirements into pragmatic, right-sized AI and analytics solutions
Requirements
- Deep expertise across ML, deep learning, generative AI (LLMs, SLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, VLMs), NLP, and computer vision
- Experience owning the full AI lifecycle from data acquisition and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring
- Proven ability to establish AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and compliance processes
- Track record of partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and InfoSec on AI deployments
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate as both strategic advisor and hands-on problem solver
